CPM began in 2018 in a studio apartment in Columbus Park, Chinatown, New York, and had a series of 7 collaborative Exhibitions throughout the year.  The impetus for this project was to mirror notions of art and real estate as kinds of property that can be bought, sold, inflated, and manipulated.

Each exhibition engaged in its own way with the context of CPM as a domestic space—heightening some of the problems much discussed in our cultural discourse that are associated with the causes and effects of shifting neighborhood demographics.

Participating Artists: Hannah Barrett, Andrew Brehm, Brenda Coultas, Inuit Snow goggles, Lucie Fontaine- Collective art employer, Nick Irzyk, Mike Linskie and Robert J. Lang, Pooneh Maghazehe, Max Warsh
